It’s easy to say things like “This band has a name to live up to” and “Expectations are set with a name like ‘fun.’”, but lets just put it this way: if Cannibal Corpse was a chamber pop group, if Rage Against The Machine was the name of a folk singer, or if The Beach Boys were hair metal, it just wouldn’t make sense. It might not be that fun. has anything to live up to at all, but just that everything about their name, sound, and live show has been cleverly crafted to fit together just right. After all, what’s really in a name?
